    We care about our products and naturally strive to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it occasionally happens that an order is damaged during transportation or that something else occurs, entitling you to claim warranty. According to European law, we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within a period of two years from the delivery of the goods. You may have additional rights under Dutch law. If you discover or should have discovered a defect in the product, you should contact us within a reasonable period of time. A reasonable period of time is at least two months. Under certain circumstances, a longer period may also be acceptable. If you contact us in a timely manner, we will provide a cost-free repair or replacement.
